I realize that they're pretty much the only game in town when it comes to reputable apartments, but if given the option again, I'd look for a house or another apartment to rent. The property is quiet and the units are fine, but it's expensive for what you're getting. My rent was $785 for a unit that should have been $650 at best. Also, the company is really willing to nickel and dime their residents. There's a mandatory $70 move out deduction from the deposit and a mandatory carpet cleaning fee that eats most of the rest, so don't expect to see much of your deposit again. They said my unit was immaculate, but I still got charged $80 for cleaning in addition to the carpet fee. They also use WAY too much air scent stuff in their office, so the gym or anything else in there is unbearable to use.
